'Linked' is a fascinating look at a world where twins aren't what we think of today. It was well-written and the small look at such a large society, controlled strictly by the government, is a harrowing peek into what our own society could be. As seen in the novel, that much power can, and usually does, corrupt. This book also looks at how there can be legal loopholes in lawmaking. Elissa had a point when she thought that the kind of governmental control was great when you're following all their rules, but when you get out of line, the complete and total control they can have is frightening. This book inspires thought on politics and governmental powers while taking you on a wild ride across a Star System with interesting, realistic characters who are still figuring themselves out. I gave the book three stars because I'm not a big fan of Sci-fi, but this is worth reading if you enjoy looking a bit into the future and what could be. I would recommend this to people wanting an interplanetary space adventure coupled with a bit of romance and a lot of family drama. It's a good read, just not my usual interest.
