Cabot, a prolific Young Adult author, aims for a more adult audience with this Heather Wells mystery. After listening to this book, I would say that Cabot's adult audience would be between 20 and 30. Heather Wells, washed-up pop star and college residence hall advisor, finds herself in the midst of murder during the Tania Trace Rock Camp. Her boyfriend, son of a record company mogul and newly minted P.I. is an integral part of the storyline. The cleverest part of the book was the song lyrics (attributed to Tania Trace and Heather Wells) that started each chapter. It's been a long time since I lived in a dorm but I don't think much has changed...
