As someone who has studied forensic finance extensively, please humbly allow me to correctly classify this book as more misinformational, redirectional, drivel.
The CEO pay shot up in direct connection to the offshoring of American jobs: CEOs and senior executives pocketed much of the difference in labor savings. A perfect traditional example has been Nike, whereby the cost of shoes never went down as originally promised, instead the executives' pay shot ever skywards!
This guy wants to confuse and bewilder, in a seemingly positive fashion. Remember, King was the station which claimed, when they featured G. Gordon Liddy's radio show, that he had served in Special Forces in Vietnam [both lies], and further fictions!
