Kurt Mortensen takes a sound approach to a tricky topic by defining it. He breaks Charisma down into 29 sub-components ranging from confidence to empathy and respect, and discusses each as contributing to the whole. An interesting approach is the self-test for the reader dispersed throughout the book to provide an introspective on one’s own traits or strengths in a particular attribute.
