I read this to see what it was about so I may not be the target audience. If you are looking for a way to really reflect on who you are and how to become closer to what you want then this book may be helpful. Some chapters are simple rehashes of his other works (such as the birth order section). Also the five languages of love was condensed into a chapter (possibly the best way to get the gist of that title to be honest). As someone who is happy with who they are it was an engaging read that was entertaining and fun (clear comments of a fun loving baby of the family here:) It may take you longer than a week to truly change though.
