Interesting but very limited scope (in ~55 minutes) as this documentary film maker, a Korean American from Columbia Missouri but based in L.A. went on a road trip to discover the essence of Asian American cuisine that included Texas style Sushi in Dallas, Tofu dishes from Banyan Food in Houston, lungar in Oak Creek, Wisconsin (Sikh Temple mass killing on August 5, 2012,) a new Asian fusion restaurant in Chinatown NYC, grilled freshly caught octopus in Oahu (Yes, the old timers indeed used cement mixers or washing machines to tenderize their he'e before cooking.)
