This is book 3 of the Summer "Sam" Westin mystery series. It takes place (mostly) in the Galapagos Islands and was inspired by a true event, when author Pamela Beason picked up a Spanish newspaper there with the headline, "Fishermen's Union Threatens to Sink Tourist Boat."
