Clare Morgan is ready for a fresh start when she moves to the small Massachusetts town of Knights Bridge with her young son, Owen. Widowed for six years, Clare settles into her job as the town's new librarian. Clare expects to take it slow with her new life. Then she meets Logan Farrell, a Boston ER doctor in town to help his elderly grandmother settle into assisted living. As Clare and Logan get his grandmother's house ready for the holidays, what neither of them expects to find is an attraction to each other. Better than most, they know all the crazy things that can happen in life, but everything about Knights Bridge and this magical season invites them to open themselves to new possibilities ... and new love.

Fun, light-hearted read. Parts may have seemed a little stretched but it was enjoyable.

Another book in Carla Neggers' Knights Bridge series in which pretty much everyone's connected in one way or another. A pleasant Christmas romance develops between a doctor and a young widow just moving into town.

Good holiday read. Nothing spectacular, but nice and cosy.

I really enjoyed the previous books in this series. This book however dId not live up to my expectations. The main characters were weak and the story had no depth. All in all a great disappointment.

The authors series is not to be missed. Characters are amazing and the storyline grips you. What a great read!!!!
