"Bruce Banner wants to save the world, but he'll have to beat three of the planet's other resident super-geniuses to it! When Black Bolt, king of the Inhumans, releases the transformative Terrigen Mists in a last-ditch effort to save his citizens, the mists transform anyone with latent Inhuman genes into Inhumans. Terrigenesis cocoons are popping up all over New York! But Banner is sure he has the cure--it's just a pity no one believes him, and when Hank Pym, Iron Man and Beast confront the frustrated scientist, they discover just how deep his rage can go. And as the Hulk battles Iron Man and the Beast for the fate of the world, one of Banner's lab assistants falls to the Terrigen Mists! With one more chance to prevent Terrigenesis, an enraged Banner is determined to save his protégé--but the Hulk has unleashed a menace even worse than the Mists, and it's brought Banner straight into an assassin's crosshairs! Plus: Before Bruce Banner and Tony Stark became heroes, they built weapons--thanks to the inspiration of one man. S.H.I.E.L.D. sends Hulk and Iron Man to retrieve the world's greatest weapons designer, but will they come back as weapons of mass destruction themselves?" -- page 4 of cover.

This was a surprisingly clean comic, despite a bit of cussing. The coolest thing about it was probably Jessup's inhuman transformation--which was SO interesting and unique that I'm gonna let you read and find out for yourself!

A better offering than the previous one(s) in this new era of Marvel Now Hulk.

Waid has had the right touch with the Hulk, and it shows in this series, which features Bruce Banner trying to find a solution for a worldwide problem involving the Inhumans, among other story threads. Waid's take on Banner and the Hulk, and how the fractured man and monster are dealing with the world, shows a respect for the character and the history, unlike certain other writers in the Marvel stable.
