Ordinary Heros,
Extraordinary Deeds

The bestselling author of Kane & Abel, The Prodigal Daughter and Honor Among Theives once again astonishes, delights, and electrifies his legions of fans.

From London to China, and New York to Nigeria, Jeffrey Archer takes the reader on a tour of ancient heirlooms and modern romance, of cutthroat business and kindly strangers, of lives lived in the realms of power and lives freed from the gloom of oppression. Fortunes are made and squandered, honor betrayed and redeemed, and love lost and rediscovered.

Embracing the passions that drive men and women to love and to hate, the short stories in A Quiver Full of Arrows will captivate the hearts and souls of readers of everywhere.

Started Dec 31, 2012.......well, I have to say, the first three stories, while I enjoyed reading them, left me hanging, I thought they were all going to be like that, but happily, I got the next few! (I guess I'm not so dumb after all!)......Jan 1, 2013 (I think that is the first time I have actually written or typed "2013" this year!).....I have been lucky enough to have been able to have my nose in this book the whole day, (with time out for a little nap in the afternoon!) and I just might finish it, but I should walk the dog instead.....I'll let you know which wins! Jan 2, finished it, (the book won!) and today the dog will get walked!......Jan 18 2013, (note to myself.....just finished my list of books that I read in 2012, 52 books, wow. Wonder how I will do this year!)
