This is most definitely not a vegetarian book: lots of butter, milk and eggs. Vegetarians eat none of the above. Some interesting and very simple recipes, but not a lot to tempt the palate.

I just started making recipes from this book and so far I am very pleased with the results. There's a lot to recipes to browse and I love the recommendations she gives at the end of each one to improve the dishes. I recently became vegetarian and this book is a great source of inspiration for nutritional and tasty dishes. My family has approved and I will keep testing more and more recipes. I give it 5 stars and highly recommend even if you are vegan as she gives alternatives to make the recipes friendly to this diet as well.
