Beat the devil: Four international crooks are stranded in Italy while their steamer is being repaired. With them are the Dunnreuthers. The six are headed for Africa, presumably to sell vacuum cleaners but actually to buy land supposedly loaded with uranium. They are joined by others who apparently have similar designs.
The big lift: In 1948, the Soviet Union brings the entire city of Berlin under their control. A semi-documentary about the resulting Berlin Airlift highlights the stories of two fictitious US Air Force participants: Sgt. Hank Kowalski, whose hatred of Germans proves resistant to change, and Sgt. Danny McCullough, whose pursuit of an attractive German war widow exposes him to the seamy side of occupied Berlin.
My man Godfrey: During the great depression, a party game brings a socialite to the city dump where she hires a derelict as her family butler.

This DVD contains 3 films.
"Beat the Devil" is a 1953 adventure comedy directed by John Huston, loosely based upon a novel of the same name by British journalist Claud Cockburn.
The film tells about the adventures of a motley crew of swindlers and ne'er-do-wells who try to claim land rich in uranium deposits in Kenya as they wait in a small Italian port to travel aboard a tramp steamer en route to Mombasa.
"The Big Lift" is a 1950 drama shot in black-and-white on location in the city of Berlin, Germany.
Directed and written by George Seaton, it tells the story of "Operation Vittles", the 1948–1949 Berlin Airlift and provides a contemporary glimpse of the post-war state of the city as its people struggled to recover from the devastation wrought by World War II.
If you're a WWII-history buff, this is a must-see.
"My Man Godfrey" is a 1936 American screwball comedy directed by Gregory La Cava.
Not so funny as stated in the DVD cover.
