Queen's best rated album due to Bo Rap and Your My Best Friend.....but other lesser knowns such as Love of My Life, The Prophet Song, '39 and I'm In Love With My Car make it a classic.

If I were to categorize Queen's musical style into one word, it would be (without the shadow of a doubt,) extravagant. "A Night At The Opera" showcases this talent with perfection and flaunts the band in a way that thrills its audience. Each of the twelve songs on this album brings something new to the table, especially one of the greatest songs of all time - Bohemian Rhapsody, dubbed an orchestral masterpiece nowadays, and a failure when it was first introduced. Though I believe that the fact of people once seeing this song as flawed has only added to its behemoth of popularity, and all for the right reasons. When playing through each of the twelve songs on the album, you can clearly hear the passion and pride that Freddie Mercury introduced to his music; his vindictiveness in "Death On Two Legs," his playfulness in "Lazing On a Sunday Afternoon," and his romance in "Love of My Life." Even those behind the band's front man were incredible; Brian May further added to the kaleidoscope of tones that he already once created with his guitar, Roger Taylor exploring different song types and categories and John Deacon who was quite inventive with the different sounds his bass guitar could offer. " A Night At The Opera" is all the best things about Queen and more; showstopping, emotional and just- brilliant. 5/5. @showmethemonet! of the Hamilton Public Library Teen Review Board

A Night At The Opera is an album written by the band Queen. I would rate it a 3 out of 5. This album features a majority of experimental music which is unlike anything you have most likely ever heard. Now Queen is a household name and I am almost certain you have heard them before and this album does have that classic Queen sound. It features many tracks that I think are absolutely amazing like “Bohemian Rhapsody” and “Love Of My Life” which changed how I listen to music now because there is nothing quite like “Bohemian Rhapsody” even out in the music world in this day in age it is such a gem that needs to be shared everywhere. Now what I dislike about the album is some of the songs that seem like they were only there to simply have enough songs to put on the album such as “Sweet Lady” and “Good Company”. I feel the album could live without those tracks and be replaced with something like “Bohemian Rhapsody” that really tests the boundaries of music. Now I definitely would recommend this album to listen to but to purchase I would recommend just purchasing the individual songs you like after listening to the album A Night At The Opera by Queen. 3/5. @HonestE of the Teen Review Board at the Hamilton Public Library
