Children’s literature is one of the most creative and rewarding genres. Caroline Adderson, author of more than twenty books for children of all ages, leads this 90-minute workshop on writing for young readers. She will share her insights on writing child-centred stories and lead participants through exercises that will help reunite them with their inner child, the prerequisite for all good writing for kids.
This class is generously funded by the Canadian Poetry Fund a local donor-advised fund which fosters accessible public educational outreach for poetry and other forms of creative writing through the services of the Vancouver Public Library.
