Parents Time Online: The ABCs of Language Development

Description

Learn expert tips and playful strategies to support the development of key early language skills. In this program, Professor Carla Hudson Kam, the co-author of The ABCs of Language Development: Discover Language with Your Child, will share strategies for supporting reading and early language skills at different stages of development. She will also dispel common myths surrounding topics like multilingualism and provide resources for caregivers who need additional support. 


Presented in partnership with the UBC Language Sciences Institute.
