Description

What happens when a magical matchmaker can’t see what lies at the end of his own thread?

Inspired by Chinese myths of ancient dragon gods and threads of fate, Katrina Kwan’s dazzling fantasy debut, The Last Dragon of the East, is a heart-wrenching tale of love that transcends lifetimes. It’s the story of Sai, a teahouse worker whose special ability to see the red-string of fate has helped him in his side hustle as a matchmaker. When Sai gets caught up in a saga of magic dragon scales, a ruthless emperor and a dragon long thought extinct he might just learn to solve the mystery of his Fated One at the other end of his own string.

Katrina will be in conversation with author Sarah Suk to discuss this enchanting tale of destiny and devotion.
