Events › Traditional Chinese Music Concert to Celebrate the Moon Festival 國樂聲聲慶中秋

To celebrate this year's Moon Festival, we're bringing traditional Chinese music and instruments for a concert at the library. The Moon Festival, also known as Mid-Autumn Festival, is a traditional celebration in Chinese culture and is also observed in other Asian countries.

This performance will feature musicians from different ensembles of the B.C.Chinese Music Association (BCCMA), playing a variety of traditional Chinese instruments, including: Erhu, Konghou, Sheng, Yangqin, Guzheng and Dizi.

Conducted in English and Mandarin.
