Spring Break: Creativity in the Time of COVID - A storytelling workshop for teens

Description

Join Kung Jaadee, the 2021 Indigenous Storyteller in Residence, for a workshop on creativity and expression in the time of COVID. A Haida storyteller for over 30 years, Kung Jaadee has the gift of turning her struggles and triumphs into stories that bring people together. In this workshop she will share tools on how to take experiences and turn them into art and stories. Come hang out with Kung Jaadee and other teens for an afternoon of connection and creativity.​

For teens age 13-18

Please note: For this program you will need a computer, tablet or phone with a camera and microphone and the Zoom app. A link and password to join the event will be emailed to registrants.
