Description

Learn how to make your own comic book with our writer in residence Miriam Libiciki. This is a two-part workshop series where we'll talk about the fundamentals of comics storytelling, dialogue, and more.

Workshop one will introduce long form comics and discuss different styles and techniques by different comic book and graphic novel creators. Workshop participants will begin their original story that will prepare them for the second workshop.

Materials will be provided. No previous drawing or writing experience necessary.

For grades 6-8.
