I don't really like dramatic, sad movies, but I love this movie, the acting wasn't great, the book is way better, but in the end I started crying, and most of the time in the end of most sad movies I grimace at their hard efforts to make the audience cry.

Book is 1000x better. The movie omitts many important parts of the plot. No character of the dogs showned in the movie, unfortunately...
