Okay, don't get me wrong but Bella gets on my nerves she doesn't stand up for her self and is really whinny in this book she stood up for herself at little! But she lets Edward tell her what to do and lets him push her around! Also what pissed me off was the way Edward was acting! He's so possessive I mean you don't own Bella so back off!!! Yeah it's cute when a guy is a little protective but he has kicked it up a notch! But other than that I'm team Edward all the way!! Jacob is annoying he's always pissed and insulting her! But you can't help loving him in his own way! Other than that this is defiantly my favorite book of the series!! Love them a lot!! <3

I liked this bool i coulend puted down

This was my favorite book of the series. I hate love triangles, but I love that it made Edward jealous and possessive. The ending was really good. Bella realizes that she does love Jacob but it isn't enough. I think this speaks to a lot of people. Also the conversation between J & E in the tent scene reveals a very manipulative side of Edward that you (taking the place of Bella) were in denial over. Ah, just shivers. Don't think about quality of literature think about the sensual journey.

In Eclipse, Meyer decides to take another desire amongst young women and manifest it in this book - two hot guys fighting over you while trying to keep you safe. The story about Jacob's tribe was more of a filler and didn't serve much of a purpose later on except to explain the imprinting nonsense. For once, something actually interesting happens here. Yet most of the action is offscreen, which is often a symptom of the first person narrative with Bella. Most of the deaths that occur are convenient. Meaning all the bad guys die, with one filler character which Meyer thought was important enough to write a boring novella about. I thought that last line with Jacob (that explained the nature of the title of the book) was probably the best thing about the book.

I liked this book, even though it was my least favourite of Twilight, New Moon, and Eclipse (I haven't read Breaking Dawn yet). But I liked this book enough I read the novella afterwards.

I loved the tension developed in the love triangle and with the vampire battle's anticipation as well as the twists and turns. What delicious sugary fun!

I enjoyed this book more than the 2nd. There was quite a bit of action. Bring on Breaking Dawn!

Eclipse returns us to the town of Forks and find that nothing much has changed. Graduation is closer than ever (after which, the Cullen's have agreed to make Bella a vampire) and a serial killer is loose in Seattle. Bella cannot see Jacob, her best friend because he is a Werewolf, and due to her ties to the vampires, it would break treaties and bonds made between them. As the days go by, and graduation gets closer and closer, Bella must choose her fate. She wants to become immortal and be with Edward, but she must give up her family to do so. She is also worried about the change: will she be able to be "vegetarian" like the Cullen Family, and refrain from human blood? Or will her new blood lust cause her to kill innocent people? The serial killer that is in Seattle turns out to be supernatural: newborn vampires on the loose. This brings up even more issues for Bella and her decision to become immortal. Not that anything could ever persuade her to give Edward up, but it makes the choice more difficult by showing her the realities of becoming a vampire. Without spoiling the plot: Jacob wants more from Bella too, which makes the choice even more difficult. Must Bella choose between the love of her life and her best friend? Eclipse is yet another installment of a series I desperately hope will continue. I want to continue watching the characters grow and change, and find out what their lives will unfold to be like. I am already anxious for the next in the series! Write more, Stephenie Meyer!

Bella Swan who we know moved from living with her mom, to living with her dad in forks. The relationship between Bella and Edward seems to be getting stronger, but so does the relationship between Bella and Jake. Although what do you do when an "Old Friend" is coming back to town for revenge, and there are baby vampires loose in Seattle?

Sexual Content: I'm not exactly going to say what, but, well the entire main idea of the book is that Bella and Edward are in love. They're going to get married and stuff, so, if you don't like gooey romance, pick a different book.

Eclipse Book Recap: Chapter 1 "Ultimatum"

SPOILER ALERT! Don't watch if you haven't read the books. Chapter 1 "Ultimatum" The third book starts with Bella reading a note from Jacob, explaining how they just can't be friends because she's close with his mortal enemy, the vampires. Not the kind of note anyone wants to get. She's surprised at how incredibly hurt she is knowing that she caused Jacob pain. Bella runs downstairs just in time to catch Charlie attempting to cook aka have a "talk" with her. Gotta love those serious chats with the parents, right? ...
