Really, prepare to be swept off your feet. Once again Melissa de la Cruz spins a delicious tale between her characters that pull you into this very realistic world. Today I started it and, if I had had it my way, I would have finished it in that same sitting. Another amazing addition to her characters. I loved being able to simply just get lost and enjoy this little world. Great writing, amazingly believable characters came together in this. The only reason that this didn’t get a full 5/5 was because, in my opinion, there was a bit too many innuendos of sex. If Cruz was going to have it I wished she had either skipped over it or gone ahead and went the full nine yards. I do understand that the target age for this is for teens, probably around 15, which is my age, but it really should have been take it or leave it. Other than that one complaint I enjoyed being able to see different perspectives of characters that were barely mentioned, like Allegra, or see an old and familiar character(s) in new light, Schuyler and Jack. I suggest that you read this if you’ve read anything else of the Blue Blood series. Another greatly enjoyed book to this series.

Not really impressed... come on Melissa! It was still nice to visit with characters from the series for a bit. When Is a new Blue Blood book coming out?

I felt that too much was going on. I prefer a filling story between one couple rather that multiple short stories. Didn't fill my appetite or move me.

This really was a very quick read. I have to agree with KKPGIRL. The stories really did feel unfinished. Especially the one about Allegra. But Jack and Schuyler, what can i say without giving anything away. Ahhhhhhh!!!! I kind of feel and hope that his book has done some setting up for the next book to coming out. And Oliver's story, I always felt bad for him, Schuyler leaving him and him pushing her in Jack's direction, To see him finally be happy, I am happy for him he deserves to be happy. Would love to see something written more about the two characters Oliver and Freya or even just Freya, Perhaps it is a prelude to future writings from Melissa De la Cruz. We'll have to wait and see.

This was a good book that helped me understand the romances of Oliver, Allegra, and Schuyler better. It was not quite 150 pages, so it was a very quick read, but the stories felt unfinished.

"Jack looked at the ring on his finger but his face betrayed nothing. Did he understand what she had just told him? Did he remember the code? He had to. Oliver's life depended on it."
