I really enjoyed this book! I was sceptical at first, because the blurb sounded like it was written by an amateur. But, as I dove into the story, I found it to be quite entertaining. I've always loved books that involve time-travel, but the paradoxes they cause are incredibly irritating. However, Margaret has avoided creating any through some of the 'Time Rules' that are mentioned throughout the book. It's well thought out and an interesting idea. I loved it and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves time-travel and future-past collusions.

wonderful book. i highly recommend the series

I loved this book! It kept me reading all night! :) :)

i adore all of haddix's other books but this was no good it was hard to follow and at times didnt make sense. do not read unless you want a headache from trying to understand all the time-travel stuff.

I've read the first 3 books and am excitedly waiting for the 4th! They are so amazing! After I read the first one, I wasn't sure if I was going to read the rest, but I'm so glad I did! This one seems to me to be the "entrance novel" where the author is setting the stage for the real adventures. If you didn't feel like this one was exciting enough, read the rest of them! They get even better!
