this book is sooooo good! the awesomer version of the 12 dancing princesses. this pwns barbie

Although there is little activity in the middle of the plot, the daily life of the princesses was not portrayed in a repetitive way (or maybe it was and I just don't remember because I read this in the middle of the night) :). Anyway, I hope this author releases a new novel soon... If you enjoyed this novel, I discovered that Heather Dixon has a deviantart.com account called "betterthanbunnies" you might enjoy. ***Warning*** it contains images of the characters.

cool twelve dancing princesses. very fun to read

I loved this version of this fairy tales. I love fairy tales in general and this fairy tale was my favorite. The way that Heather Dixon changed the fairy tale made me love it even more. This is a book you'll want to read over and over and over again.

This was full of charming characters, real family relationships, fun romance, and some creepy magic. It is a story I've never heard before and now one I want to read again. I loved it!

By far my favourite adaptation of this fairy tale. Writing style is great, characters are well fleshed out for having so many. Very original.

A charming and thoroughly satisfying retell of The Twelve Dancing Princesses. If you love fairy tales, you will love this book, which gives the back story on the original fairy tale. HIghly recommended for teens and adults.
