Visually stunning flop. I liked the ending of the film and I liked the protagonist being an anti-hero. The pace of the movie (slow), and the underdevelopment of characters and plot, could not be saved by some graphic nudity and a few scenes of violence. The movie did LOOK beautiful. Other than that, I wasn't crazy about it.

Wow! What a waste of George Clooney's talent! I want to watch witty banter and an exciting thriller... not watch him sulk around through an Incredibly BORING story. I kept hoping it would get better but it never did. Don't waste your time!

This is the worse movie I've ever seen, boring, slow..........my wife fell asleep. I feel sorry for all the moviegoers that went to watch this piece of crap.

A movie that's not for everyone, evidently. I felt it was taut, suspenseful. A paid assassin who has had enough - wants out, and is wanted 'taken out', on the run. Kill or be killed. No loose ends. No honor among thieves. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful, scenic Italian cinematography, also.

Gratuitous sex, illogical plot, loopholes, simply a vehicle for Clooney to be photographed in various poses.

What a disappointing movie! All I can say is I hope the book was better. No plot, no explanation for who was who and why things were happening. Boring, slow, pointless, stupid.

Liked it very much - intrigued by the mystery and simplicity of the story line - and quirky relationships - not always clear what would happen next or who was chasing whom - pondered his values then figured he was probably trying to find them.

Again I borrow this one from the Library. It's that Placido woman. That gorgeous Italian treat. So womanly,So Beautiful,So Violante. The only kind of woman I could get at my age is one I'd have to pay for. And buying flesh ain't right. Lv. 8/30/11 @ 9:24p And a few semi veiws after.
