Add a CommentAn amazing book. After smoking for almost 50 years, I read this book and haven't had a puff since. One must, however, follow Carr's instructions to the letter. Read with an open mind even though it seems corny at times. It works if you let it!
If you are looking for a way to stop smoking this book actually does what it says. Does not require Nic Replacement , drugs with side effects, & best part no withdrawal symptoms. I did have to read it thru a couple of times to reinforce and then played cds that came with it. But it makes sense...and well worth the read,
