Summaries
Add a SummaryAlexis is not a normal girl, what with her pink hair and anti-cheerleaderism. But then her life gets weirder: she tells her sister a story, but one she did not invent: it was as if she was being used to tell it... Then, strange things start happening. The boiler turns on by itself; the house is cold with no air conditioning on. But stranger, her sister's eyes swing from blue to green. And her mood swings are just as bad. Will Alexis have the answer to alll these riddles? Or will the cheerleader, Megan, have to give them to her?

She's backed in a corner, crying. A crowd of kids has gathered around her, and I am one of the crowd. We have planned this for a week, now - since the day we saw her wandering through the graveyard with her doll, and Mildred told us that was a sure sign she was a witch. We can't have a witch in our town.
"Present yourself, kitty," I said loudly. A head popped out from behind the tree. My stomach did three flip-flops before recognizing my younger sister, Kasey. "Present yourself?" Kasey snorted. "Sergent Meow, reporting for duty."
I stood perfectly still, staring up at the house and the dark sky behind it.

Add a CommentWhat a book ! It was hard to put down. I didn't think it was scary, but I was shivering for minutes. It freaked me out that I couldn't sleep by myself in fear that my porcelain dolls and my Winnie the Pooh stuffy would come to life and possess me.
Good book. It's not scary at all (I didn't think), but it does border on creepy...Of course, anything involving dolls is creepy lol! The main character, Lexi, is likable. The only thing is that these sort of stories can be a bit predictable/cliche so I was rolling my eyes at some parts of the book. I hear there's a sequel 'From Bad to Cursed' so it'll be interesting to see where the story goes from here.
This book is awesome.. its like when you start reading you can't stop until the end.. if you want to read it make sure you have the second book because you"ll want to continue reading.. you"ll love it..
This book is great. I couldn't put it down. It's a page turner, so be prepare to read this book for hours and hours. You'll enjoy it, I promise!
I can't waait to read this book ! :D even though I'm scared of all these supernatural thiings oh well. :P
Amazing cant put the book down!!
Bad Girls Don't Die was quite a good book, although i'd deem it more entertaining than scary. sure, it was evident that alender was trying to showcase that, "bump in the night theme" although I'd have to say that it made me more excited to see what would happen next rather than terrified. it's a mystery, thriller, and horror all at once. keeps you waiting for the sequel, From Bad to Cursed . Terrific :)
an engrossing book. Full of terrors that will keep you up at nite. I loved this book. It kept me up at nite. I loved how things where put in to place.
Bravo, I couldn't stop reading this book and am waiting for the sequel. If you read this in the dark at night, you'll get freaked out, and I love that! :D
