Summaries
Add a SummaryA fairy criminal mastermind is trying to gain unlimited power, and possibly also take over the world while they're at it, again. The only person able to stop this plan, Artemis Fowl, has lost it due to a psycological condition called Atlantis Complex, going paranoid and avoiding the evil number four of death. To make matters worse, when the world needs him most, Artemis is forced out of his own mind, leaving his body controlled by Orion, his alter ego created by the Atlantis Complex. Now, Artemis will have to fight not only against the evil mastermind, but also for control of his own mind.
Artemis Fowl’s project to save the world from global warming is shattered – literally – when amorphobots crash-land on the glacier where he’s presenting to Captain Holly Short, Foaly the technician and Commander Raine Vinyaya of the LEP. To make things worse, the Atlantis Complex renders Artemis useless; he’s certain the number four equals death and believes the bots aren’t real. Once Holly electric-shocks him, Artemis’s alter ego, Orion, arises, who insists he’s in love with Holly. They must use an escape probe and meet up with Butler, Juliet and Mulch Diggums, who also need to battle for their lives. Under the sea, they race to catch up with an evil relative of the late Commander Julius Root before he can kill thousands of innocent Atlanteans. (excerpted from http://www.yahongchi.wordpress.com)

Add a Commenti keep falling asleep with this book... complete boring book i only like the first book
I love this book it kept my mind moving. I LOVE IT!
People who haven't discovered this series don't know what they're missing.
A good story that is fast moving and hard to put down. The ending is more open than many appreciate and leaves many questions, but leaves hope for a sequel that would help clear up many of these challenges.
Even when times are hard, pick this book up and experience the truely exquisit story of fairies and the treat of war.
lol, I loved Orion. "Goodly beast" and all that. Poor Artemis. And Holly. I am getting both sad and excited about this. Artemis is getting older, so he's getting smarter(if that's at all possible). But he's also not the little boy he was. I don't know which I like better. I know I'm counting the days til the new book gets here.
The climax of this book is completely lame!
I NEED TO KNOW WHEN THE NEXT ARTEMIS FOWL BOOK COMES OUT. I NEEEEEDD TO KNOOOWW!!!!!!!!!!!
