She is the embodiment of classic pop singing and this 24 tract-album contains almost all her hits in the 60s. While, she continue to make waves in the late 70s and 80s, those songs would not merit that level she had in her earlier career. Thank goodness, those were not included like those new anthologies being repacked lately. With the exception of two songs, this album may rightfully be tagged as a Bacharach-David Songbook delivered by their very muse, Ms. Warwick. The pamphlet , by the way, is very informative like her misspelled last name which remains uncorrected until now. This is a great album that I decided to buy my own and include them in my CD shelves. Listening to these wonderful tracts bring back good memories and that wonderful delivery of Burt and Hal's classic compositions. Enjoy!
