The complexity of the characters, their emotions and the mystery all combine to make a really compelling story. Really glad I picked it up on recommendation.
Absolutely could NOT put it down! This kept me completely hooked from start to finish.
Love this series...also books under the author's other name Michelle West
Good SF Fantasy. Not the easiest reading. No sex. But while it may not be inappropriate for young readers it would probably not interest them. Interesting enough that I am going to read the next book in the series.
